What Information does TH Mills Collect?

With Whom Do We Share the Information that We Collect?

Service Providers. We may share information with service providers who help us to administer our Site, provide technical support, sending marketing, promotions, and communications related to our business, and process payments. Advertising Networks. We may work with advertising networks that deliver targeted advertisements to consumers and generate statistics and metrics related to the delivery of such advertisements. Children
The Site is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). No information should be submitted to or posted to the Site by visitors younger than thirteen (13) years old.

California and Delaware “Do Not Track” Disclosures
California and Delaware law require TH Mills to indicate whether it honors “Do Not Track” settings in your browser concerning targeted advertising. At this time, there is no worldwide uniform or consistent industry standard or definition for responding to, processing, or communicating Do Not Track signals. California Privacy Rights
Under California law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship the following information: (a) a list of the categories of personally identifiable information, such as name, e-mail, and mailing address, and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, and (b) the name and address of all such third parties. For all requests, you must put the statement “Your California Privacy Rights” in the body of your request, as well as your name, street address, city, state, and zip code. Please note that we are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information. Please allow 30 days for a response.
Visiting the Site from Outside the United States
This Site are not intended for visitors outside the United States and Canada. If you are visiting the Site, or any part thereof, from outside of the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored or processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
